Every product sold on Sourtor is a digital product (e-books, guides, trackers and worksheets delivered as instant downloads). Because access is delivered immediately and a digital file cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable, and we do not offer exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed.
By completing your purchase you confirm that the product is digital, that you receive access immediately, and that you are waiving any right to a refund or cooling-off period to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limited goodwill exceptions
Email ai@sourtor.shop within 7 days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, or you never received download access because of a technical problem on our side that we are unable to resolve. We review these case by case.

Your name, email and billing details at checkout; order history and basic analytics via cookies and tracking pixels (including the Meta pixel). Card details are processed securely by our payment providers and Shopify — we do not store your full card number.

To process orders and deliver your downloads, provide support, send updates if you opt in, and run and measure our advertising. We share data only with providers that help us operate (Shopify, payment processors, email tools, and ad/analytics platforms such as Meta). We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data any time — email ai@sourtor.shop. Our store is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
